Securing our customers' safety is our utmost concern. Should weather conditions be considered dangerous for charter operations by our certified captain, flexible alternatives are provided:

  • Full Refund: A total refund if it's not feasible to reschedule
  • Rescheduling: You can change your reservation to a subsequent available date without extra charges
  • Charter Credit: A voucher valid for one year from the original booking date

Procedure for Weather Assessment

We conduct a comprehensive weather check that covers:

  • Evaluation of wind force and vectors
  • Ocean surface conditions and swell size
  • Visibility checks and precipitation prognoses
  • Alerts and notifications from the maritime authority
  • The captain's expert assessment of safety conditions

Timing for Decision: Determinations regarding weather-caused cancellations are finalized at latest four hours before the planned departure.

Reimbursements for Medical Emergencies

Processing: Returns due to urgencies are executed within 3-5 working days after we receive appropriate verification.

Cancellations Due to Operational Issues

Technical Failures

In the event that the yacht designated for your charter suffers unsolvable mechanical faults:

  • Alternative Vessel: Efforts will be made to offer a fitting replacement
  • Full Refund: Rendered if no acceptable substitution is found
  • Partial Refund: Applicable if the substitute vessel comes with a different price tag
  • Reparation: Possible additional compensation for the bother

Unavailable Crew

On the off chance that certified crew members are not obtainable:
