3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
Charter booking prerequisites include:
- Minimum age of 18
- Submission of correct and full information
- Depositing the specified amount on your booking confirmation
- Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Booking confirmation is finalized upon payment and our written acknowledgment. We retain the discretion to refuse service.
3.3 Availability
Charter availability hinges on the vessel's accessibility and favorable weather conditions. We aim to accommodate your preferred schedule wherever possible.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
Prices, stated in €, include taxes unless specified otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: A requirement of 50% of the entire charter price at the time of booking
- Full payment: Due two days before the charter starts
- Any additional costs: Payable upon charter conclusion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept various forms of payment including major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques, processed via secure encrypted channels.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If you cancel more than 72 hours before departure, you will receive a refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In the case of unsafe weather as determined by our captain, we propose to either:
- Reschedule to another date at no extra charge
- Issue a full refund if rescheduling is unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
Should mechanical issues arise with your designated vessel, we'll strive to supply an equivalent alternative or provide a full refund if no such option exists.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
Passengers are expected to:
- Comply with all crew directives
- Utilize safety gear when mandated
- Disclose any medical conditions that could impact their safety
- Stay within designated areas on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
Items not allowed on the vessel include:
- Glass containers
- Illegal substances
- Firearms or weapons
- Excessive amounts of non-alcoholic beverages beyond reasonable personal consumption
- Pets, except with advance permission
6.3 Conduct
We expect passengers to behave respectfully. Should passenger actions pose a risk to safety or disturb others, the charter may be terminated prematurely without reimbursement.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
We're accountable only for charges paid for the charter. Our responsibility doesn't cover:
- Injuries resulting from your negligence
- The loss or damage of personal belongings
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Delays from weather or situations beyond our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
We maintain inclusive marine insurance for our vessels and operations. Personal travel and property insurance is the charterer's responsibility.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
You accept that marine activities carry inherent risks by engaging our services and take responsibility for your own security and safety.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
Weather conditions, safety, or operating necessities may necessitate adjustments to itineraries, routes, or times. We will endeavor to present comparable alternatives whenever necessary.
9. Force Majeure
Conditions outside our control that could lead to delays, cancellations, or alterations include, but are not limited to:
- Harsh weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Regulatory mandates
- Harbor closures
- Technical malfunctions
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your private details are processed as per our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you consent to your data being collected and used as outlined in the privacy guidelines.
11. Intellectual Property
